Great location but facilities were lacking

Amazing location on the beach

Staff had poor communication. Initially they said breakfast was not included however in the last day they said it was included. Gym has 8 cardio stations but zero weights. No bar at the pool so you must bring your own food and drink etc

Good

The beach in front (Surin) is beautiful, not crowded and clean. The room is spacey, bed is was a bit old (and too soft) but overall a nice room. The view from the room or the rooftop-pool is stunning!

There are not much dining options at this beach.. to go to the restaurant/groceries venue you need to cross the beach. The hotel itself has a great potential, but unfortunately it looks like that the owners and staff do not care too much. A beautiful rooftop pool is there. At the check-in the staff informed us that a pool-bar would be open from 4:00 pm. Not even 4:00 is quite late, but the bar did not opened in the 4 days that i was there. When asked the staff only laughed at me and said "no bar". The breakfast was mediocre.

Incredible view, great rooms and extremely happy with our stay!

The view was incredible and beds so comfy! We had adjoining rooms with our children and we were really happy with the quality and value of the property.

The bathrooms were a little small, but to be honest given the value they were suitable and enough for what you need :)

Wonderful

Close to a nice beach. Family staff atmosphere. Super helpful front desk. We booked three rooms for a family reunion and we were all sad when we left. If travelling to Pukhet I would stay here again.

I liked the location

The parking area is a little bit small and very close to the main road which makes it difficult and dangerous while parking. The room furniture looks old and very simple, and the noise can be heard from outside and from the Neighbour. Breakfast starts late, and they don't have a launch and dinner service. They don't have someone to help you with your luggage, but the receptionist will offer you the help.

We enjoyed our stay. There are incredible views from the upper floors. The room is not the biggest and it's a bit dated but the views make up for it. It's a good 10min walk into the main part of town.

Good but overpriced

Location at the beach

Breakfast was super basic, and eggs were not the tastiest. Can find a better Breakfast deal even at the beach restaurant. The staff is accommodating but they don't speak the most fluent English so sometimes it's quite confusing. It was also quite weird that they asked us to wait after check out until the housekeeping checks the room. I've never experienced anything like it and found it strange.

Clean, friendly, beautiful nature, quiet, calm and nice! Overall 10/10

We've got the honeymoon studio where we had a pool just in front of our bedroom! The view is amazing! Every evening there is a light show with sunsets with full sea view. If you are about to book a room and want a sea view - go for a room with sea view and request one on the 4th or 3rd floor. The rooms with a pool don't have a full sea view, because of trees. The honeymoon studio has a pool and full sea view - recommended!! We went there at the end of the raining season and got 8 sunny days out of 10 and the Surin beach was empty most of the time!!! For nature lovers that appreciate calmness that was top! Staff were very friendly!

Check in is at 14:00. We arrived at 10:00 from an exhausting 16 hours trip. We needed to wait for 4 hours before we entered the room.

There seemed to be some building work being done but we put this down to the time of year we went. We think it was coming to the end of their holiday season.

Very nice hotel, but for the next time i would like to change location.

It was nice romantic stay, hotel met all our expectations, beach is really nice. Breakfast was good and various. Staff was helpful. You can leave your luggage in loby and stay at pool if you have late fight.

Location is only thing that we didn't liked. Don't get me wrong, Surin beach is nice and it wasn't crowded but there is not so much restaurant and thai massage salons choice nearby. Everything is located near Patong beach, but good thing is that you can rent scooter. Rent a scooter is nearby hotel and it is cheap.

It was pleasant and comfortable stay,we hope to come back soon again.

We like view to the sea and private atmosphere in the beach,not so crowded like many beaches in Phuket. Overall if compare with other beaches in Phuket,it is best quality and price balance. This hotel is only 1 hotel that has access to Surin beach directly,so that is recommended.If you go to sea we recommend early morning,because not a lot of people,be careful of stones when you climb down the stairs. I think hotel has 4 stars,because extra 1 star it gets because it is located near sea,but normal room could be improved. We enjoyed gym as well as it was located on 2nd floor nearly our room. Not sure about jacuzzi honeymoon room,maybe it is excellent for us standard room was enough for 4 days,but if stay longer time,maybe we would take better room.

Renovation was ongoing,so when we check-in some people who painting were near our balcony windows. Overall,i think that was for preparation for season,so it is acceptable,but otherwise everything is well.

The location near Surin Beach is really great.

The location near Surin Beach is really great. Staff at the entrance of the hotel were really nice and helpful. One guy at the reception was really professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms were well cleaned.

One girl at the reception was not friendly and a bit rude. Otherwise, all staff were really helpful, and friendly. Furthermore, our room was on the 4th floor and there was renovation of the half floor starting from the room next to ours. It was noisy all day until sometimes 8pm. We were outside most of the time so it was okay for us. However, we asked a couple of times to stop the noise but they kept going... We won't come back to this hotel.

A very poor choice of resort via bookings .com

The staff were friendly and helpful

The dated property, cleanliness,poor facilities in the hotel,Poor and dangerous access to the only beach, Distances to the nearest shopping facilities and lack of any shuttle services by the hotel for its guest and Decorating in progress during our stay (We were upgrades to a cleaner room for few days in compensation for all these inconveniences)

Nice roof top bar.

I did not like the hotel staff in general . Not good . Receptionist not good and rude . The males at reception in evening were far better .the breakfast was poor and staff at breakfast lazy but very quick when it was time to tell u breakfast closed in 5 minutes . Not friendly staff . Hotel was let down by staff. Building work going on Terrasse at room while breakfast going on . The bar area u could not Laos use as building work renovations were disturbing . Rooms noisy and door separating rooms so u can hear your neighbours very well .

Very good hotel for relaxing.

The room was so good with that infinity pool access & the view was amazing from a beach front hotel.

The restaurant was not so good although its so expensive for that quality as we expected more from the staff. Forget about the night life if you don't know how to ride skooters or have good cash for taxi every day.
