We booked a suite with pool access and loved it! The view was amazing and the pool was clean. We will definitely stay there again. Also the beach had the clearest water we have seen in Phuket.

Room should be cleaner and probably needs a deep clean.

Great solo stay in Surin in well-priced accommodation with fantastic views and beach access.

As I was on my own for a few days I couldn't justify a more expensive hotel and this had everything I wanted at a good price - outstanding view, direct access to a smaller quiet beach but with a choice of food and drinks nearby. To be fair I couldn't find anything else meeting my needs within good distance of Patong/Airport so feel lucky to have found it. Check in was easy, the very clean comfortable room had a killer view. No sound from adjacent rooms. I'd definitely stay again as a solo or couple, not ideal for family. I only a required a basic breakfast so a couple of pancakes and some fruit sufficed. The bathroom size and layout is fine and larger than many European bathrooms. Personally I love a proper key to an electronic one.

Was desperate for hot shower (cold everyday after first evening) and a cup of (English) tea by night 3. (7/11 didn't have tea bags either). The beach is the main feature so the pool less of a focus. I only popped up there once and it did look like it needed some attention. I think in the off-season you'd need the backup of an updated pool experience and pool cafe or juice/mocktail bar (which I think is currently closed) as the sea can be a bit too rough for swimming.

Wonderful

Close to a nice beach. Family staff atmosphere. Super helpful front desk. We booked three rooms for a family reunion and we were all sad when we left. If travelling to Pukhet I would stay here again.

Good but overpriced

Location at the beach

Breakfast was super basic, and eggs were not the tastiest. Can find a better Breakfast deal even at the beach restaurant. The staff is accommodating but they don't speak the most fluent English so sometimes it's quite confusing. It was also quite weird that they asked us to wait after check out until the housekeeping checks the room. I've never experienced anything like it and found it strange.

The property is in need of renovation. while clean, you can see the paint needs a refresh and some of the furniture and fittings are worn out.

Wonderful

Waking up to the sound of waves on Surin Beach was incredible. The view from the balcony and shower were incredible. Minutes walk to the beaches and about 10 minutes walk to the shops. The lobby receptionist told us to walk on the road down the hill to the nearest convenient store. But I wouldn't recommended to walk on the busy road especially we were walking against traffic on the way back up hill to the hotel. I would take alternative route via the beach and the market to be safer. They change their breakfast menu daily which was good. Room is serviced daily.

Ants in the room. But totally understand because we were halfway up on the inclining mountain facing the beautiful natural trees and ocean views.

The beach in front (Surin) is beautiful, not crowded and clean. The room is spacey, bed is was a bit old (and too soft) but overall a nice room. The view from the room or the rooftop-pool is stunning!

There are not much dining options at this beach.. to go to the restaurant/groceries venue you need to cross the beach. The hotel itself has a great potential, but unfortunately it looks like that the owners and staff do not care too much. A beautiful rooftop pool is there. At the check-in the staff informed us that a pool-bar would be open from 4:00 pm. Not even 4:00 is quite late, but the bar did not opened in the 4 days that i was there. When asked the staff only laughed at me and said "no bar". The breakfast was mediocre.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort and best part was breakfast buffet. Staff is polite and a lot helpful.

Good location, good people, awesome breakfast and comfortable amenities in the room.

Bathroom fittings are old. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is uncomfortable. Also, there was an issue of water falling into the balcony from the pool but our room was changed immediately when requested. Laundry was very costly.

Amazing location on the beach

Staff had poor communication. Initially they said breakfast was not included however in the last day they said it was included. Gym has 8 cardio stations but zero weights. No bar at the pool so you must bring your own food and drink etc

idyllic, perfect location beach and locals are fantastic , loved the massage on the beach

Breakfast was ample , location was superb , direct access to beach , staff were wonderful (especially Ben) we were told one hour to airport it took nearly 2.5 hours a massive thankyou for hotel taxi driver for getting us there just on time and safely

Incredible view, great rooms and extremely happy with our stay!

The view was incredible and beds so comfy! We had adjoining rooms with our children and we were really happy with the quality and value of the property.

The bathrooms were a little small, but to be honest given the value they were suitable and enough for what you need :)

We enjoyed our stay. There are incredible views from the upper floors. The room is not the biggest and it's a bit dated but the views make up for it. It's a good 10min walk into the main part of town.

I liked the location

The parking area is a little bit small and very close to the main road which makes it difficult and dangerous while parking. The room furniture looks old and very simple, and the noise can be heard from outside and from the Neighbour. Breakfast starts late, and they don't have a launch and dinner service. They don't have someone to help you with your luggage, but the receptionist will offer you the help.
